THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE STRATEGY OF TRAINING PER PROJECTS
The formation by projects allows that the apprentice leads his process of learning, with a greater responsibility and an active roll, from the planning, analysis and development of concrete activities to propose practical solutions that they contribute to the improvement and the development of his surroundings.
The projects that are generated to respond to necessities of the surroundings are productive, and have a high probability of becoming business plans. The objective of the formation by projects is the integral development of the competitions of the apprentice in a formation program. The formation by projects facilitates the incorporation of the four sources of knowledge in the formation processes, this is, that the apprentice in different times from his process of formation accedes a: diverse atmospheres with access to the information technologies and communications (TIC); specialized atmospheres of formation; consultations with the tutors of the actual and virtual projects; spaces of management with the monitors; networks of learning and networks of Co-formation with other apprentices, the virtual libraries and other sources of knowledge that are available in the SENA.
